I had the opportunity to try out Torani flavored syrups from SheSpeaks. I received pumpkin spice and hazelnut. The pumpkin spice is what I have been working with so far. I made cookies with it, and also mixed it in my daughters pancake syrup for an extra kick. She loved it, especially over her pumpkin spice waffles. I noticed you can do so many things with this awesome syrup, from pastries, to adding it to drinks, and even breads. The possibilities are endless.

We did a Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal Cookie Surprise recipe.

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/3 cups quick or old-fashioned oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 ¼ cups packed brown sugar
1 cup canned pure pumpkin
1 large egg
1/2 cup Torani Pumpkin Spice syrup
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Combine flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in medium bowl. With an electric mixer, beat butter and brown sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add pumpkin, egg, Torani Pumpkin Spice syrup and mix well. Add flour mixture, mix well. Stir in nuts and raisins. Drop a large tablespoon of dough onto baking sheets, and spread the batter into a circle. Repeat with remaining dough. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, or until cookies are firm and lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes and then remove to wire racks to cool completely. Serves 3 Dozen.

Thanks SheSpeaks for the fun product testing!
